Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cardamom pods, green
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 100 g sea salt
  • 2 tbsp dried rose petals
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 tsp mint, dried, ground
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Crack open the cardamom pods and use only the seeds. Break the cinnamon stick into pieces. Toast the cinnamon, cardamom, coriander, and peppercorns one after the other in a dry pan. Let cool and grind finely. Finely grind the fragrant rose petals. Mix all ingredients and bottle. The spice should be stored in a dry, dark place. It will keep for several months. Suitable for seasoning lamb, couscous, or vegetables.
