Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g beans, white, dried
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 sprigs of fresh sage
  • ⅛ liter olive oil
  • n. B. Water for soaking
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

White bean antipasti

Soak the beans in water for a day. Drain the beans the next day, reserving 1/4 liter. Place the beans in an ovenproof dish along with the chopped garlic, soaking water, olive oil, sage, pepper, and salt. Cook in a preheated oven at 125°C for at least 3 hours. Delicious served lukewarm as an antipasti with ciabatta.
