Pak Choi Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 heads of pak choi
  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 chili peppers, red
  • 2 cm ginger root
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey (Tasmanian Leatherwood)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil, dark, roasted
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Finely chop the bok choy and the white part into very fine strips. Finely slice the chili and onion. Finely grate the ginger. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Let stand for 0.5 hour. Goes well with BBQ.
