called Kakelinsken

Beat the egg and sugar until frothy, then gradually sift in the flour and baking powder mixture and stir in. Add enough milk so that the batter drips heavily from the spoon. Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan and drop small portions of batter (about 2 tablespoons each) into the pan. Cook slowly (on a low heat) until the pancakes are a lovely golden brown. Drain some of the fat on kitchen paper. If you like, you can also add small pieces of apple to the batter and garnish with cinnamon and sugar after baking. Raisins in the batter are also really delicious!
