Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 500 ml water, cold
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Oil or butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mix flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt with cold water. There should be no lumps! Then fry in batches in a pan with oil or butter until golden brown. Serve with jam. I personally enjoyed it without jam too!
