Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 paninis
  • 250 g wild salmon fillet(s), smoked
  • 2 handfuls of arugula
  • 140 g cream cheese
  • 80 g sheep’s cheese
  • ½ small onion(s) or shallot
  • 2 tbsp cream, possibly 3
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • 1 pinch of garlic granules
  • 1 tsp, heaped dill
  • 90 g sour cream
  • 60 g sweet mustard (white sausage mustard)
  • 10 g mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp creamed horseradish

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the arugula and pat dry. For the spread, place the cream cheese in a bowl and crumble the feta cheese over it. Finely dice the shallot or onion. Add the onion, cream, dill, and spices and mix well, mashing with a fork if necessary. No salt is needed. Now make the dip. Simply mix all the ingredients together. Cut the panini in half (bake briefly again if necessary). Spread the spread on the bottom halves. Distribute the salmon on top. Place the arugula on the salmon slices. Spread the dip on the top panini halves and place these on the bottom halves. I made the panini myself using this recipe: https://www.chefkoch.de/rezepte/2356461374564857/Panini.html You can also use ready-made ones.
