Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml milk
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 ½ red bell peppers
  • ½ bunch chives
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

also delicious with boiled potatoes

Scrape out the insides of the cucumber with a spoon. Finely chop the cucumber and bell pepper. Finely chop the chives. Mix the quark with milk, stir in the bell pepper, cucumber, and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
