Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 400 g sour cream
  • 500 g quark
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 2 glasses of Ajvar
  • ½ pot of basil
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 6 tbsp chili sauce, sweet
  • 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves. Thinly slice the basil. Then mix all ingredients together. Season generously with salt and pepper.
