Paprika – minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 kg bell pepper(s), chopped
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 5 grains of allspice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pasta Asciutta

Brown the onions and ground beef in margarine or lard until tender. Season with thyme, basil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the finely chopped bell peppers, allspice, and chili peppers, and simmer covered for 20-30 minutes. Season to taste and serve best with noodles or spaetzle, but it also tastes good with rice.
