Ingredients
- 1,5 kg Goulash half and half
- 500 g Paprika red green and yellow
- 0,5 stem Leek
- 5 Chopped onions
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Hot chilli pepper
- 1 gl Mushrooms
- 1 tsp Paprika spice
- 3 cube Gravy
- 3 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- Finely chopped parsley, pepper and salt
Instructions
- Sear the meat. Season with pepper .salt and paprika powder.
- Add onions, leeks and chilli
- Fill up with approx. 2 liters of water, add the gravy and vegetable stock and add about 1 to 2 hours, depending on the meat you are using.
- Add paprika mushrooms and cook for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle chopped parsley over them. If you like, you can thicken the soup with a sauce thickener. Add the mushrooms at the end
- Fresh baguette goes well with it
