Party Goulash Soup

The perfect party goulash soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 kg Goulash half and half
  • 500 gr Paprika red green and yellow
  • 0,5 stg Leek
  • 5 Chopped onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Hot chilli pepper
  • 1 gl Mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika spice
  • 3 dice Gravy
  • 3 Teaspoon (level) Vegetable broth powder
  • Finely chopped parsley, pepper and salt
  1. Sear the meat. Season with pepper .salt and paprika powder.
  2. Add onions, leeks and chilli
  3. Fill up with approx. 2 liters of water, add the gravy and vegetable stock and add about 1 to 2 hours, depending on the meat you are using.
  4. Add paprika mushrooms and cook for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle chopped parsley over them. If you like, you can thicken the soup with a sauce thickener. Add the mushrooms at the end
  5. Fresh baguette goes well with it
