Party Goulash Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 1,5 kg Goulash half and half
  • 500 g Paprika red green and yellow
  • 0,5 stem Leek
  • 5 Chopped onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Hot chilli pepper
  • 1 gl Mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Paprika spice
  • 3 cube Gravy
  • 3 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • Finely chopped parsley, pepper and salt

Instructions
 

  • Sear the meat. Season with pepper .salt and paprika powder.
  • Add onions, leeks and chilli
  • Fill up with approx. 2 liters of water, add the gravy and vegetable stock and add about 1 to 2 hours, depending on the meat you are using.
  • Add paprika mushrooms and cook for another 20 minutes. Sprinkle chopped parsley over them. If you like, you can thicken the soup with a sauce thickener. Add the mushrooms at the end
  • Fresh baguette goes well with it
