Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 400 g minced meat
- 2 onions
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper, pepper
- 100 g cheese, for gratinating
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water until tender. Meanwhile, season the ground beef, form into small balls, and fry in a little oil. Finely dice the onions and briefly braise them with the meatballs. Drain the pasta, mix with the meatballs and sour cream, and spread it in a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes.
