Pasta Pan with Mozzarella

The perfect pasta pan with mozzarella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 80 g Small noodles (I had mini farfalle)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • Pepper, salt, nutmeg
  • 150 g Mozzarella
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until firm to the bite, pour off, set aside. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices. Clean the broccoli and cut into small florets.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion cubes until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and broccoli and fry briefly, then deglaze with the vegetable stock. Cover and cook for approx. 5 minutes. Add the pasta and mix in, season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes and spread on the pasta pan. Put the lid on and wait until the cheese has melted.
