Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g spaghetti (fork spaghetti)
- 500 g minced beef
- 2 onions
- 300 g cucumber(s) (mustard pickles)
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 6 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 6 tbsp oil
- 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
- 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Not just for the party
Cook the spaghetti until tender. Brown the ground beef without fat and let it cool. Finely chop the onions, gherkins, and bell peppers. Mix together a marinade of vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix everything well, season to taste, and stir in the chopped herbs.
