Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, half and half
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 jars of peppers, pickled
- 2 can/n mushrooms, sliced
- Sauce thickener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the minced meat, finely chop the onions, and sauté until translucent. Add the peppers and their liquid. Add the same amount of liquid again, bring to a boil, and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Drain the mushrooms and add them. Bring everything to a boil and thicken slightly. Serve with pasta.
