Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g spaetzle
- 150 g cheese (e.g. Gouda)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Cheese spaetzle
Cook the spaetzle in plenty of water with a little butter in a pan, stirring frequently. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and let it melt. (Tip: You can find pre-made spaetzle in the refrigerator section, so you don’t have to cook it.)
