Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta, e.g. fusilli, radiatori, spirals
- 250 g quark
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 shot of oil
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Cook the pasta. In the meantime, combine the quark with the egg and oil, and season. Add the quark mixture to the cooked, drained pasta and stir thoroughly. Variation: If you like, you can pour two beaten eggs over the hot quark noodles placed in a casserole dish and bake in the oven at 180-200°C for about 10 minutes. Tip: To reheat the dish, add a little milk to the pasta.
