Pasta with ham and cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 40 g butter
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 500 ml cream
  • 80 g Parmesan
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 400 g pasta
  • Sauce thickener, light

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook any pasta you like. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the diced ham. Lightly fry and deglaze with the cream. Then grate the Parmesan cheese and add it to the sauce. Simmer until the cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper and thicken with a little light sauce thickener. Add the pasta to the sauce.
