Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 250 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 small to medium zucchini
  • 4 packs of processed cheese (4x 200g)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 some salt
  • 1 some pepper
  • 1 some nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp parsley (fresh or dried)
  • 500 g spaghetti, fusili, or similar
  • 1 shot of oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Bring the pasta water to a boil and cook the pasta until tender. Chop the onions and garlic and fry in a little oil in a pan. Add the meat to the pan. Chop the zucchini and add it to the pan. In a larger pot, melt the cream cheese with sour cream and milk over medium heat. Caution: the cheese sauce burns easily! Mix the minced meat and zucchini pieces into the cheese sauce, transferring as little fat as possible from the pan to the pot. Slice the mushrooms and add them to the cheese sauce. Season with pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Serve the pasta with the sauce on a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh or dried parsley.
