Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g noodles, in rice form
- 400 g minced beef
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 150 g Parmesan, grated
- Salt
- pepper
- Herb mixture for pasta (thyme, bay leaf, etc.)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C. Finely chop the onions and sauté them with the meat in olive oil. Season with the herb mixture, salt, and pepper, add the tomato puree, and simmer over low heat. Bring 2 liters of salted water to a boil, add the pasta, and cook according to the package instructions. Mix the pasta with the meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the pasta and return to the oven for 5 minutes (just until the cheese is melted). You can also mix the Parmesan cheese into the hot pasta. Serve. The herb mixture is easy to make yourself from dried herbs.
