Pasta with vegan tofu bolognese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large piece(s) of tofu
  • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled (400 g)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Herbs, Italian
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g pasta
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Delicious and easy

Dry and crumble the tofu. Cook the noodles in plenty of well-salted water. Add oil to a pan and fry the tofu. Chop the onion into small pieces and fry until translucent. Puree the peeled tomatoes and add them to the pan. Season with Italian herbs, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve the noodles with the sauce.
