Pastries: Banana Bread Muffins

- 2 Pc. Very ripe bananas
- 40 ml Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Tartar baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Turmeric
- 150 g Spelled flour type 630
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 60 ml Plant milk
- 50 g Chopped walnuts
- 30 g Vegan chocolate drops
- Puree the bananas with olive oil and vegetable milk. Briefly stir in all the other ingredients. Finally fold in the chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter on muffin cups. The baking time is at 180 degrees top / bottom heat on the middle rack: 25 minutes for normal-sized muffin cups, 16-18 minutes for small muffin cups and around 10 minutes for mini muffin cups.
