Pastries: Banana Bread Muffins

The perfect pastries: banana bread muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Very ripe bananas
  • 40 ml Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Tartar baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Turmeric
  • 150 g Spelled flour type 630
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 60 ml Plant milk
  • 50 g Chopped walnuts
  • 30 g Vegan chocolate drops
  1. Puree the bananas with olive oil and vegetable milk. Briefly stir in all the other ingredients. Finally fold in the chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.
  2. Spread the batter on muffin cups. The baking time is at 180 degrees top / bottom heat on the middle rack: 25 minutes for normal-sized muffin cups, 16-18 minutes for small muffin cups and around 10 minutes for mini muffin cups.
