Peach jelly with lavender

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter peach juice (if possible, vineyard peaches)
  • 1 kg gelling sugar
  • 2 sprig(s) lavender , ask your trusted florist for unsprayed goods

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes very well with parfaits and chocolate desserts

In a saucepan, combine peach juice with gelling sugar and lavender. Bring to a boil and simmer for 7 minutes. Pour into jars and seal immediately. If you don’t like lavender or aren’t confident enough to use it, you can of course omit it entirely.
