Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g peanuts, unsalted
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 80 g sugar
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 220 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 150 g chocolate (chocolate drops)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

American peanut cookies, for about 30 pieces

Roughly chop the nuts. Cream the butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in the egg. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in. Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts. Using two tablespoons, place 11 mounds of batter onto three baking sheets lined with baking paper and flatten. Preheat the oven. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes (electric oven: 200°C / fan: 175°C / gas mark 3). Then cool on a wire rack.
