Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g butter or margarine
- 350 g sugar
- 350 g flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pack of lemon peel flavoring
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 300 g powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Sheet cake
Preheat the oven to 140-150°C fan/convection oven. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Please test with a skewer, as baking times may vary depending on the oven and baking tray height. For the glaze, thoroughly mix the lemon juice with the powdered sugar and spread over the still-warm cake.
