  • 1 kg pear(s), peeled, diced (preferably Williams Christ)
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 1:2

  • ½ tsp vanilla, ground
  • 2 pinch(s) cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp pear brandy, Williams Christ-

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the pear brandy, in a saucepan and cook according to the instructions for the preserving sugar. Finally, add the pear brandy and pour into twist-off jars. If you don’t like chunks in your jam, you can also puree the mixture before cooking. This jam is one of our favorites, and we really only enjoy it with Williams Christ pears!
