Pear – vanilla – cake base with almonds

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 cake base (ready-made or homemade)
  • 50 g Nutella or chocolate coating (liquefied)
  • 1 can/n pear(s) , (825 ml)
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 pkt. cake glaze, white
  • 25 g sugar
  • 50 g almond(s) (flakes)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very quick and easy

Spread the store-bought or homemade cake base with the melted Nutella or chocolate coating. Drain the pears and spread them on the base. Bring the pear juice, apple juice, and sugar to a boil; stir in the vanilla pudding and cake glaze powder and let it simmer briefly. Important: Stir continuously with a whisk, or it will burn! Spread the mixture over the pears and immediately sprinkle with the flaked almonds. Let cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy!
