Sausage Salad with Horseradish

The perfect sausage salad with horseradish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Corned beef slices
  • 2 piece Kasseler slices of meat
  • 2 piece Slices of beer ham
  • 1 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 20 g Horseradish, grated
  • 3 tbsp Cream
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar, with max. 5% acid

Please pre-cut:

  1. All sausage and vegetable parts are cut into slices or pieces.

Sausage salad with horseradish:

  1. Spread out the slices individually and provide each one with spring onions, horseradish or pepper and place them on top of each other, first press flat with the chef’s knife and cut into strips using a clever cutting technique. Mix the salad with a little cream, oil and apple cider vinegar. Pour into a serving bowl and serve with bread and rolls.
