Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 3 red bell peppers, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cucumber(s), in small cubes
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 1 kg cream cheese
  • 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the diced bell peppers and cucumber with milk, quark, spices, and chives, reserving some of the diced chives and chives for garnish. Season to taste and scatter the garnish over the dip.
