Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g green spelt
- 300 ml water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g cheese, Edam 30% F
- 1 pear(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp mustard
- ½ tsp honey
- pepper
- herbal salt
- Chives, in rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil the green spelt in water with a pinch of salt for 20 minutes. Drain the water. Dice the bell pepper, onion, cheese, and pear. Mix the oil, vinegar, water, mustard, honey, and spices to make a marinade. Combine all ingredients to make a salad. It tastes delicious with grilled food or simply with baguette.
