Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 serving of pizza dough for one baking tray
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 small jar of stuffed olives
  • 300g mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Roll out the pizza dough on a prepared baking sheet. Clean the bell peppers and slice them into thin strips along with the cooked ham. Slice the olives. Mix the olive oil with tomato paste, salt, and pepper and spread it on the dough. Top with the bell pepper strips, ham strips, olives, grated mozzarella, and oregano. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
