Ingredients
- 50 g Fresh peppermint
- 4 liqueur glasses Vodka
- 2 bottles White wine
- 50 g Sugar
- 2 bottles Seltzer or sparkling mineral water
- 1 bottle Sparkling wine
Instructions
- Wash and finely chop the peppermint leaves. Add to the vodka. Let everything stand in a covered container for about 1 hour.
- Then strain, pour in the white wine and add sugar to taste.
- Fill the punch with seltzer water (or mineral water) or with sparkling wine before serving.
- Add a little lemon juice if you like.
- This punch is very suitable for the mild summer days on the balcony or on the terrace!
