Ingredients
 

  • 50 g Fresh peppermint
  • 4 liqueur glasses Vodka
  • 2 bottles White wine
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 bottles Seltzer or sparkling mineral water
  • 1 bottle Sparkling wine

Instructions
 

  • Wash and finely chop the peppermint leaves. Add to the vodka. Let everything stand in a covered container for about 1 hour.
  • Then strain, pour in the white wine and add sugar to taste.
  • Fill the punch with seltzer water (or mineral water) or with sparkling wine before serving.
  • Add a little lemon juice if you like.
  • This punch is very suitable for the mild summer days on the balcony or on the terrace!
