- 2 kiwis
- 250 ml soy milk (soy drink) (1.5% fat)

Peel and chop the kiwi and persimmon. Place the fruit and soy milk in a blender and blend thoroughly. The amount of soy milk can vary depending on how creamy you want the smoothie to be.
