Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of surimi shrimp
  • some olive oil
  • some vinegar
  • some garlic powder or fresh garlic, chopped
  • some pizza seasoning or fresh herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Drain the surimi shrimp. Place them in a container or on a plate. Drizzle with a little olive oil and a little vinegar, but only about half as much vinegar as oil. Then sprinkle with garlic powder or add fresh garlic, and finally scatter the pizza seasoning or fresh herbs on top. Turn the surimi occasionally in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 1-2 hours.
