Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pineapple, fresh, 500 g net flesh
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 1 pack of citric acid
  • 6 tbsp rum (Baccardi)
  • 4 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Puree 500 g of fruit pulp and bring to the boil with the other ingredients, stirring constantly, and let it simmer for at least 3 minutes.
