Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 125 g low-fat yogurt (0.1% fat)
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • some rum flavor
  • 1 vanilla pod(s) or vanilla sugar
  • possibly sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

refreshing and low in calories

Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Remove the core and peel first. Add the yogurt, rum flavoring, coconut, and vanilla seeds and blend with a hand blender until the desired consistency is reached. Season with sweetener to taste, and you’re done! Eat quickly after making the pineapple, otherwise the pineapple will turn bitter!
