Pizza Dough (quick and Easy)

- 1 kg Wheat flour
- 2 Pk Dry yeast
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 Pr Sugar
- 700 ml Natural carbonated mineral water ice cold
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- Mix the flour with the dry yeast, salt, sugar and dried oregano and add the mineral water. Knead the dough. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough “rise” in a warm place for at least half an hour. Then knead the dough well on a floured work surface and roll it out thinly. From this amount you get 2 large (angular) sheets and 2-3 round sheets (28cm). If you have a steaker, you should work the dough with it after it has been spread out on the baking sheet. This keeps the base thin and crispy.
