Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 g flour
- ½ cube of yeast, approx. 21 g
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 15 g salt
- 12 ml olive oil
- 250 ml water, warm
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes
Combine the yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, and water, then add to the flour and knead into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 4 portions, shape each into balls, and let them rise, covered and lightly oiled, for 2-3 hours.
