with yeast dough

Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper baking cups. Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix milk with 1 tablespoon of lukewarm water in a bowl and dissolve the yeast in it. Sift in the flour. Add the butter, egg, salt, and pizza seasoning. Using a dough hook, knead until smooth. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes. Peel the onion and finely dice it. Heat the oil and sauté the onions until translucent. Chop the ham. Wash the tomato, remove the seeds, and chop it. Clean the mushrooms and chop them as well. Fold the ham, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, and half of the cheese into the dough. Divide the dough into 12 portions and shape into balls. Place the dough balls into the prepared muffin tin and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake the muffins for about 25 minutes. Serve warm or cold. You can also use salami instead of ham.
