Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 300 g minced meat, beef or mixed
  • ½ yellow bell pepper(s), finely chopped
  • ½ bell pepper(s), green, finely chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped, 400 g
  • 1 jar pasta sauce, 400 ml
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • e.g. salami, sliced
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Sauté the onions in olive oil and add the garlic. Then add the minced meat and cook until cooked through. Add the peppers, tomatoes, and pasta sauce, season with oregano, salt, and pepper, and simmer briefly. Mix the sauce with the pasta and pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, then top with the salami. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C fan-assisted (approx. 200°C top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
