Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 pack of salami
  • 1 pack of ham
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
  • 1 small can of crème fraîche
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 200 g cheese (pizza cheese), grated
  • 12 rolls for baking (no frozen rolls)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

perfect for parties or just in between

Finely dice the salami, ham, and bell pepper and place them in a bowl. Add the sour cream, pizza cheese, and crème fraîche and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let the mixture rest for a while. While the mixture rests, halve the rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (enough for 2 trays). Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread the mixture evenly between the rolls. Place in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes (until golden brown on top).
