Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g plum(s)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 80 g almond(s), ground
- 125 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 1 pack vanilla sugar, bourbon
- 75 g butter, liquid
- some cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Place the halved and pitted plums in a pie dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. To make the crumble, first briefly toast the ground almonds in a non-stick pan, then combine them with the other ingredients in a mixing bowl to form a crumble. Spread over the plums. Bake at 200°C for about 35 minutes.
