Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s), pitted and washed
  • 350 g gelling sugar, 1:1
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the plums (using a hand blender), mix with the preserving sugar, add the cinnamon stick, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly. While still hot, pour into twist-off jars, seal immediately, and let stand upside down for a few minutes.
