Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg plum(s)
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 cl liqueur (pear liqueur)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 9 minutes

Wash and pit the plums, and puree them in a blender. Place them in a large saucepan and mix with the preserving sugar. Stir in the cinnamon and liqueur and bring to a boil. Boil gently for three to four minutes, then pour into prepared jars while still hot.
