Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g apples
  • 400 g plum(s)
  • 3 bulb(s)
  • Hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 package of gelling sugar, 2:1
  • possibly wine, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Jam with a twist

Wash everything, peel and core the pears and apples, and weigh everything occasionally so you get a total of 1000g of hazelnuts! Chop everything into small pieces or blend it with a hand blender until more or less finely chopped. Add it to a pot and cook with the preserving sugar for about 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking! Then pour everything into clean twist-off jars, seal, and turn upside down to cool. If you like, you can also add a splash of white wine while simmering, depending on your taste.
