Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 340 g raspberries
- 340 g currants, red
- 340 g sour cherries
- 1 sachet Gelfix, 3 : 1
- 350 g sugar (or fructose as an alternative)
- 1 sachet of citric acid or some lemon juice

Jam with raspberries, red currants and sour cherries
Wash and deseed the red currants, pit the sour cherries, and carefully clean the raspberries. Place everything in a large pot, mix with the gel-fix and sugar, and if necessary, puree the fruit with a hand blender. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer gently for at least 3 minutes, skimming off any skimmed water. Pour the jam into meticulously clean, hot-rinsed jars and seal tightly while still hot.
