simple and delicious!!!

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into even squares (7 x 7 cm) or cut out rounds. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the butter, sugar, marzipan, and egg with a hand mixer or food processor until well combined. Finally, stir in the flour. Spread about a heaped teaspoon of the mixture on each piece of puff pastry. Wash, halve, and pit the plums. Place four plum halves on each piece of marzipan mixture. Bake at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Tip: They taste best lukewarm, and are also delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream as a dessert. They also taste great with other fruits, of course. Frozen puff pastry should be rolled out a bit thinner.
