Wash, stone and quarter the plums.
Bring the juice and cinnamon to the boil in a saucepan.
Add the plums and sugar and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Stir the starch with 2 tablespoons of water until smooth and stir into the compote, simmer for 1 minute.
Stir in the amaretto
Let the compote cool down.
Beat the sour cream and cream until stiff, sprinkling in sugar and vanilla sugar.
Divide the compote between four dessert glasses or plates.
Put the cream on top.
Sprinkle the chocolate flakes over the dessert and serve. Good Appetite !!!
