Ingredients
- 500 g Plums
- 100 ml Red grape juice
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp Food starch
- 1 tbsp Amaretto
- 250 g Sour cream
- 200 g Cream
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 P Vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Grated chocolate
Instructions
- Wash, stone and quarter the plums.
- Bring the juice and cinnamon to the boil in a saucepan.
- Add the plums and sugar and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Stir the starch with 2 tablespoons of water until smooth and stir into the compote, simmer for 1 minute.
- Stir in the amaretto
- Let the compote cool down.
- Beat the sour cream and cream until stiff, sprinkling in sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Divide the compote between four dessert glasses or plates.
- Put the cream on top.
- Sprinkle the chocolate flakes over the dessert and serve. Good Appetite !!!
