Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 pointed cabbage, finely grated
  • 1 apple, sour, peeled, pitted and finely grated
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • 1 jar horseradish (creamed horseradish)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, seasoning with salt and pepper. Small cubes of Gouda cheese and chopped nuts also add a delicious touch to the salad. If the dressing seems too dry, double the amount of sour cream and horseradish.
