Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large pointed cabbage
  • ½ cup oil (safflower) or olive oil
  • ½ cup vinegar (herbal)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 7 tbsp sugar, or 4 tbsp agave syrup
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the pointed cabbage, quarter it, and cut it into thin strips. Dice the onion and add it. Mix a dressing from oil, vinegar, and sugar or agave syrup, pour it over the cabbage, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Let it sit for 4-6 hours.
