Pointed Cabbage Salad with Almonds
The perfect pointed cabbage salad with almonds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cabbage
- 100 g Sliced almonds
- 1 bunch Chives
- Salt, pepper, rapeseed oil, herb vinegar, a little sugar
- Clarified butter
- Quarter the pointed cabbage and cut into fine strips. Then salt and knead for a while until it collapses. Cut the chives into rolls (I still had frozen ones).
- Melt plenty of clarified butter in the pan and roast the flaked almonds until light brown.
- Add the chives to the pointed cabbage. Season with vinegar, rapeseed oil, possibly salt, pepper and a little sugar and mix well. Add the lukewarm roasted almond flakes and stir again.
- There was freshly baked meat loaf with it.
